San Fernando Valley, CA – Attorney Barry P. Goldberg and Team BPG are excited to announce the third recipient of their December Charity Donate-a-thon. This week’s recipient of $1000 is:
Grandparents As Parents in Canoga Park, California.
This wonderful organization is dedicated to providing “programs and services that meet the urgent and ongoing needs of grandparents and other relatives raising children at risk. We seek to positively impact that Third GenerationTM and the grandparents and adults who love and care for them, so caregivers and children alike can grow and thrive.”
Along with providing community programs, services, and family-centered social activities free of charge, Grandparents as Parents offers emotional support, education and guidance so caregivers and children alike can grow and thrive.
Family is incredibly important to Mr. Goldberg and GAP’s mission truly touched his heart. Additionally, he often handles cases in Canoga Park and is quite familiar with the area. He shared that memories of his own grandparents’ impact in his life “make this organization an obvious choice and one that I am honored to be able to contribute to.”
